Create wonderful memories while helping others in your community! The non-profit Palo Alto Auxiliary raises funds to benefit those critically ill children who require care at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford but are unable to pay.

Shows will be at 1:00, 4:00 and 7:00 PM on Friday, November 11
And at 1:00 and 4:00 on Saturday, November 12, 2011.

Make your reservations NOW! Fashion Show tickets are limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Simply print a copy of the Ticket Request form and mail it to P.O.Box 3895, Los Altos, CA 94024. (If you cannot print it, copy the information needed and mail it in.)

Please enclose your check and a stamped, self-addressed large (4 x 9) envelope for your tickets to be returned to you. Orders without SASE's may be held at the Will Call table. We ask that you use checks as this allows us to make a larger donation to the Hospital.

Parties who wish to sit together should order tickets on the same form or in the same envelope. Tables seat 10 or 12 and are assigned when the tickets are ordered so adding another seat or group may not be possible. Every ticket order must include at least one adult. Door prize tickets are included on you ticket stub.

Prepaid souvenirs may also be ordered until November 4th. They will be packaged and waiting for you outside the door at the show you attend. The same souvenirs are sold at the events until they are sold out. Except for the treat seats, these items are not available in the catalogue. See the items.

Raffle tickets may also be purchased with your tickets. They are $2.00 each or 6 for $10.00. See the 5 prizes. The winners are drawn at the end of the last show on Saturday and you are notified by phone. Each prize contains a doll and many other items. Hint: Use address labels to fill out raffle ticket stubs.

Special Raffle: This year we have a great feature, a special raffle basket to be given away at each show. Tickets will be sold at the shows. Tickets will be $1.00 or 25 for $20.00.
